Product Description

BS type Piston Rod Seal is a lip Seal with two Sealing lips and a tight fit at the outer diameter. Dry friction and wear are largely prevented due to the extra lubricant between the two lips. In some cases, this seal can even replace the expensive configuration of two seals used in tandem.

It is mainly used for the sealing of piston rods and plungers in heavy-duty mobile machinery and static pressure. The grooves and diameters meet the requirements of IS05597/1 and IS03320 international standards.

Install:

Such seals shall have an axial clearance (see columns H and L). To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal over the sharp edge during installation.

Material:

Imported Polyurethane Material with Shore hardness of 93. Compared with other polyurethane materials currently on the market, its main advantages are improved heat resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance, and small compression deformation.
